“Turning Twenty,” an exhibition celebrating the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship’s 20th anniversary, opened Sept. 20 at the Messler Gallery in Rockport, Maine and will run through Jan. 15.

The Fuller Craft Museum will present “Made in Massachusetts: Studio Furniture of the Bay State” from Oct. 12 through Feb. 9, 2014, featuring 39 pieces derived from traditional prototypes as well as works that push the conceptual boundaries of furniture towards sculptural objects, according to the museum.

The Whidbey Island Woodworkers Guild will present its 10th annual “Art+Wood+Woodpalooza@WICA” exhibition Aug. 31 to Sept. 2 at the Whidbey Center for the Arts in Whidbey Island, Wash. The show will feature work by at least 20 of the group’s members.
