US Concepts will debut new beaded-frame hauncher

US Concepts will introduce its new CHF-270 beaded-frame hauncher, designed for the machining of beaded face frames, cabinet doors and more, at IWF 2014.

“The horizontal spindle with profile cutter moves hydraulically down and past the table with the clamped workpiece,” the company said in a statement. “The machine cuts all required corners and notches without the need to change a setup.

“The CHF-70 notcher can be equipped with precision cut-off saw and easily integrated with an automatic pusher like TigerStop, RazorGauge, etc.”
