Woodpeckers introduces its new Joinery Sled, which uses the miter slot in a table saw or router table to guide a versatile worktable past the cutter.

“The worktable tilts to any angle between 91⁰ and 44⁰ and the fence can be positioned anywhere on the worktable for repeatable cuts. The adjustable pivot clamps firmly secure the workpiece to the table along the machined track clamp slots,” the company explained.

“The Joinery Sled adjusts to the cut at hand through a series of adjustable bases. The phenolic base plate has 5-1/2" of adjustment to fit nearly any size table saw or router table. On top of that, the two-piece upper adjustable base provides quick adjustment up 3-1/2". Two pairs of guide bearings keep the adjustable base parallel to the base plate. When you’re close to your layout, the bearing-guided micro-adjustment makes dialing in the perfect fit simple and precise. Leveling feet on the bottom of the adjustable base provide stability during the cut and prevent racking.”
