Bosch offers new compact drill/driver

Bosch recently introduced the model DDB181 drill/driver, the lightest and most compact 18-volt with a 1/2" chuck on the market, according to the company.

At just over 7” long and weighing only 3 lbs. with the battery installed, the drill/driver is designed for working in tight spaces and everyday shop tasks.

“For 18-volt system users, the DDB181 fills the void for a powerful, basic-duty drill/driver with a 1/2-inch chuck for all-day work,” the company said in a statement.

The drill/driver is available as a kit – with a charger, carry bag and two 1.5Ah batteries, for $159.
