Cabinet Makers Association names new executive director

The Cabinet Makers Association's board of directors announced the appointment of Dave Grulke as its new executive director.

Grulke, known as "Big Dave," has spent the last three years as one of CMA's Speakers Bureau top-rated speakers, and has also been instrumental man behind CMA's growing public relations campaign, monthly e-blasts, and Web site administration.

CMA president Sean Benetin says Grulke's working knowledge of the group's operations, industry contacts, more than 20 years experience in advertising, sales and sales management, and his personable demeanor will be a huge asset to the organization's sustainability and growth. Grulke's succeeds Jim McDermott, a founding member and past president of the association.
