WalzCraft and the Cabinet Makers Association will hold a combination interactive advertising and marketing workshop Jan. 23.

The workshop will begin with a tour of WalzCraft’s 340,000-sq.-ft. cabinet door and component manufacturing facility in Onalaska, Wis., with an emphasis on rough milling and material grading, lumber optimization, creating a “WalzCraft” finish, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Bob Thayer of EZ Stain Blending System will give a presentation on stain technology for the industrial woodworking industry.

The rest of the workshop will focus on advertising and marketing, including how to select appropriate media to match targeted prospects, develop ad copy and design, and track results. Each attendee will be asked to provide sample ads and promotional materials they have used in the past for review and critique.

Costs for this workshop will be $35 per person for CMA members and their guests and $75 for non members. For information, visit www.cabinetmakers.org
