The CoD+A Awards: Collaboration of Design + Art successfully closed its call for entries on May 31 with more than 400 entries from around the globe.
The new international awards program honors the collaborations between designers, architects, artists, and art professionals. Entries were received from 29 countries in eight design categories.
“The CoD+A Awards recognize the exciting collaborations taking place between artists and the design community. We are gratified at the response to our call for entries, and hope these submissions will stimulate ideas and inspiration in the future,” said The Art Commission CEO Toni Sikes said in a statement. The Art Commission sponsors the awards program.
Jurying will take place through Saturday. The top selections in each category will then be exhibited online and winners will be announced in the fall.
