The Society of Arts and Crafts is inviting furniture artisans to apply for CraftBoston 2009, which will feature 200 exhibitors of one-of-a-kind and limited-edition pieces March 27-29 at the World Trade Center in Boston.
This year, the society is making a special effort to include more furniture makers and has offered space to members of The Furniture Society. Eight members will be chosen to share a 20' x 20' booth. Each participant will be able to exhibit two medium-sized pieces or one large piece. For an application, visit www.furnituresociety.org.

- Mark Del Guidice: Furniture maker and a trustee of the Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton, Mass.
- Tommie Rush: Glass artist and a trustee of the Penland School of Crafts in Penland, N.C., and the American Craft Council.
