Dust Cobra meets government standards

The Oneida Air Systems' Dust Cobra was recently certified as a full-unit HEPA vacuum that meets the EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule, according to the company.

The Cobra has three times the air performance of most shop vacuums and its high-efficiency cyclonic separation captures 99 percent of the dust before it reaches the HEPA filter. This helps to eliminate filter clogging, the company says.

Its standard size HEPA Cleanstream filter can be bought in most big-box stores. It runs on 110 volts and has an optional cart for mobility. It weighs approximately 50 lbs. A certificate for contractors is included in every unit.
