Quintec, the tooling platform company owned by Tenex Capital Management, announced the completion of the acquisition of BC Saw in Toronto by its NAP Gladu subsidiary.

BC Saw has been specializing in the sale and service of carbide saws, routers, insert tooling, diamond tooling, metal saws and custom tooling since 1966. NAP Gladu currently operates a tooling service center located in Mississauga, Ontario that will be merged with BC Saw.

“We are very excited about the addition of BC Saw to the NAP Gladu network of tool manufacturing and service operations in North America,” NAP Gladu president Brad Stack said in a statement. “Both companies serve a large base of premier customers in the woodworking and metalworking industries and our combined expertise will create exceptional value for our expanding customer base.”
