New 12” band saw available from General International

General International introduces the new 12” band saw, model 90-040M1, featuring a 2/3-hp motor 12” inboard rip cut capacity and a 6 1/2” depth of cut, according to the company.

The saw also features a 21-1/2” x 15-3/4” cast-iron table that tilts right up to 45 degrees, European-style blade guide bearings, blade tension knob, safety lockout switch with removable key and multi-size dust port for fitting 4”, 3”, or 2” hose.

The saw also comes with a miter guide, aluminum cross-cut fence and dual-position rip fence system.

The band saw retails for $560.
