New air cleaner from Delta

Delta Power Equipment Corp. is introducing a new three-speed (540, 730 and 1,200 cfm) digital ambient air cleaner, model 50-871, for retail sale by the end of the year.

The 50-871 has the highest airflow for an air cleaner in its class, according to the company. It offers remote control convenience to switch on/off, set speeds and program the time delay shut off. It also features a bright, digital readout indicating when the filter needs to be changed.

The company says the unit recycles air in a 20’ x 20’ x 8’ room up to 22 times per hour. Additional features include a 1 micron inner filter and timer settings from a half hour to 15 hours.

The air cleaner has a suggested retail price of $389
