New Benchtop Edge Sander From Oliver

Oliver Machinery announces the addition of the 6301 6" x 48" benchtop edge sander. "We're excited to bring this new machine to market after a great reception at IWF 2024," said Mike Doremus, the company’s Vice President of Sales and General Manager.

The 6301 features a 3/4-hp, single-phase, 15-amp, 115-volt motor and a table that can be used with the belt in the horizontal or vertical position, or any angle in between, according to the company.

“The precision ground steel platen is graphite covered to reduce friction and heat. The height adjustable contour sanding and main tables allow full use of the standard 6" x 48" sanding belt. Belt tracking and tension are easy to adjust, with full access to the belt for quick replacement. The built-in 2.5” dust port allows efficient dust management, and the machine ships with a miter gauge for increased versatility,” the company said.
