Milwaukee Tool has recently introduced a slew of new tools, including a cordless 1/2" router that can generate 2.25 peak horsepower, according to the company.

“Carpenters and remodelers are actively seeking a cordless solution to replace their old, corded routers,” Tyson Apfelbeck, Milwaukee’s Vice President of Product Management, said in a statement. “But many cordless routers on the market cannot provide the power, control, and run-time users need. Our M18 Fuel 1/2" router delivers on these demands with the added benefit of being part of our growing line of M18 solutions for the carpenter.”

The router features an over-mold pommel grip, variable speed dial, micro and macro adjustment knobs, dual-LED work light, and spindle lock.
