New open-end sander from Grizzly

Grizzly Industrial introduced the new 15" open-end wide belt sander, model G0819.

The sander has a 29" x 23-1/2" footprint and can sand a 30"-wide workpiece in two passes, according to the company.

It has an adjustable side support that slides out from the side of the machine, eliminating the need for aftermarket supports. Other features include an amp meter, separate table feed motor, and pneumatically-controlled belt oscillation.

The sander sells for $4,695.
