Oakwood Veneer started distributing Echo Wood, a line of reconstituted real wood veneer especially suitable for architects and designers.
Echo Wood uses computer-aided design technology to consistently reproduce the appearance of many different domestic, exotic, and rare species. Each product has the benefit of being fully color and grain matched across unlimited sheets, as well as being defect-free, according to the company.
"With our recent expansion into the architect and designer marketplace, Echo Wood was the perfect addition to our product line," Oakwood Veneer president Peter Rodgers said in a statement.
Echo Wood includes most of the popular domestic species, such as oak, maple, walnut and cherry. It also features lesser known grain patterns such as Napa, Monterrey and Champagne.
The Echo Wood product line is available on both 4' x 8' and 4' x 10' sheets and includes 10 mil or 22.2 mil "bubble-free" paper backing.
