Rev-A-Shelf buys lighting supplier

Rev-A-Shelf, a supplier of residential cabinet storage and organizational products, says it signed a letter of intent to acquire lighting manufacturer Tresco International Ltd. Co of North Lima, Ohio.

The company says the acquisition will allow its distributors to promote an innovative, quality lighting product that will be shipped and supported through Rev-a-Shelf.

“We are committed to the aggressive growth of our product line, supporting our distribution partners, and expanding our brand awareness” Rev-A-Shelf general manager David Noe said in a statement. “Our goal is to maintain as much of the Tresco International process as possible with no disruption and only the addition of expanded support and services.”

The acquisition is expected to close by Nov. 1.
