SencoBrands expanded its line of pneumatic construction staplers with the introduction of its SNS200XP for driving 16- and 17-gauge, 7/16" crown, 1" to 2" staples.

The new stapler offers greater durability and power for use in a variety of applications, including sheathing, furniture framing, roof decking, subflooring, crate and box assembly, pallets, cedar shingles, furring, metal tie-down straps, fascia and soffits, and ridge beam assembly, according to the company.

“The SNS200XP has been engineered for maximum efficiency and precision, and it’s well-balanced and ergonomically designed for all-day use,” Senco pneumatic tools product manager Joe Knueven said in a statement. “It weighs just 5.3 pounds, yet it’s 15 percent more powerful than other professional construction staplers in its class because of its high-speed motor design.”

The stapler retails for about $239. For information, visit www.senco.com.
