Stiles Machinery announced the upcoming retirement of executive vice president and partner David K. Rothwell.
A 31-year veteran of Stiles, Rothwell is credited with establishing many of the programs and strategies that have made Stiles a market leader in the woodworking industry.
“All of us at Stiles will miss Dave’s energy and candor. I will personally miss the friendship and counsel of my business partner. His contributions to our company and to the industry are impossible to measure,” company president and CEO Peter Kleinschmidt said in a statement.
Rothwell was president of Wood Manufacturers Industry Association from 2009-2011 and served on the IWF board of directors from 1997-2010.
