For nearly two years, WMH Tool Group and Grizzly/Woodstock International have been locked in a legal battle over trademark ownership for white/off-white metalworking and woodworking machines. A settlement was reached Feb. 11 in Chicago shortly before a jury trial was to commence later in the month.

The terms of the agreement are confidential and anyone involved in the case is forbidden to talk about any details of the settlement. Woodstock International manufactures the white-colored Shop Fox line of machines, while WMH makes the white-colored Jet Tools.
