LEE VALLEY PALETTE KNIVES are mirror-finish blades tapered from about 0.008" (twice the thickness of a human hair) at the tip to about 1/16" at the tang, therefore ideal for cutting glue into fine cracks. The knives can be used to spread glue or remove it from your work, to apply and trim filler in restricted areas, or to paint in tight spaces where a brush would be too messy. The forged stainless-steel blades are bedded in hardwood handles with brass ferrules. The blades range from 1/2" to 1-1/2" wide and are sold in a set of four for $9.95.
