Milwaukee has produced two cordless wet/dry vacuums: a 28-volt model powered by lithium-ion batteries and an 18-volt model, which has dual battery connector blocks to accept the company’s NiCd and lithium-ion batteries.
The 28-volt model offers a continuous run time of approximately 16 minutes, while the 18-volt model will run for 11 minutes on a full charge, according to Milwaukee. Both vacuums are suited to remove dust, debris and water and contain CleanStream filtration, which offers a washable, reusable filter that doesn’t need to be changed between wet and dry applications.
The vacuums double as a blower and have a standard 1-1/4" hose connection to accommodate common accessories for workshop vacuums, but not household vacuums. Each vacuum has a two-gallon capacity.
The vacuums also feature a stackable design and on-board storage, and are sold with a crevice tool and nozzle. Both models have a suggested retail price of $99.
