Mini-grinder

ARBOTECH’S MINI-GRINDER is a controllable power tool for all aspects of wood carving from rough shaping to fine detail work, according to the company.

It is powered by a 170-watt motor and comes with two 2" Mini Woodcarver blades, which can be resharpened, and four 2" sanding abrasives of various grits. Replacement packs of Mini Woodcarver blades, sanding accessories, spare parts, including a replacement belt and 4mm file for sharpening, are sold separately. A tungsten blade is also available as an aftermarket accessory for carving and shaping in hard timbers. The Mini-Grinder retails for $239. www.arbortechusa.com
