BLACK & DECKER DRAGSTER is a belt sander with a low-profile front-end design, as opposed to standard belt sanders with block-style front ends. The sander's side design permits flush sanding on hardwood floors against baseboards or shelving. A retractable locking hood lifts to expose the top of the belt. With the hood up, the top, front-end and bottom of the belt are exposed, permitting sanding in confined and curved areas. The sander uses a standard 3" x 21" belt and sands at a rate of 800 fpm.
