SUFFOLK MACHINERY CORP. introduced its new Timber Wolf 1-1/2”-wide by .052-thick blade.
Developed to run on both medium- and high-production mills, this blade was designed with a specific balance of width to thickness in order to achieve exceptional overall life as well as superior cutting performance, according to the company. The teeth of this blade are milled and induction-hardened, which is unique in the industry. Milling of the teeth produces a razor sharp tooth without having to initially stamp the tooth and induction-hardening allows for different, but more precise, hardening throughout the blade. Available in both 7/8” and 1” pitch and designed to run on band mills with 18” and larger wheels. Contact: 800-234-7297 or visit www.suffolkmachinery.com.
