The AutoProcessor 43 is fully automatic from labeling and positioning of the sheets, to machining and off-loading the machined parts. With each cycle, the machine first labels each part area on the sheet, moves and positions the sheet to the table, machines the material, simultaneously off-loads the finished parts and reloads the next sheet, and then continuously repeats the process, all automatically.
The Autoprocessor 43 is equipped with built-in dust collection at the head, in the sheet positioner, and at the exit of the table which allows the machine to automatically extract dust during the load/unload process. The systems are also equipped with automatic tool changing and tool length sensors. An optional five-spindle drill bank is also available if needed.
It’s SuperControl displays a graphical view of the nest to insure it is optimally configured along with a yield percentage per sheet before the part is machined. This helps save time, money and material.
