The juried Idaho Artistry in Wood and Gourd Show, scheduled for April 6-7 in Boise, Idaho, is accepting entries.
“Competitors from all skill levels, novice to expert, may submit their wood carving, turning, scroll work, fine wood working, CNC creations, gourd art and pyrography entries for public display and judging,” the show said in a statement.
“The show will feature demonstrations, vendors, raffles, an auction and banquet as well as the opportunity for artists to sell their work. The Idaho show is one of the largest of its kind in the western United States.”
The annual show is presented by Artistry in Wood, a non-profit, in collaboration with the Southwest Idaho Woodturners Association, Idaho Gourd Society, Idaho Woodcarvers Guild, Ada County Woodworkers, and Treasure Valley Scrollers.
