Castaly CS-120AAT

Among the newest offerings is the TS-P10AAT, which is a 10' Auto Pusher Beam Saw from Lobo that’s designed to cut large panels quickly and efficiently. It has advanced computer controls, a high efficiency automatic pusher feed system, reduced cycle time and perfect square cutting accuracy. The TS-P10AAT is driven by a super performance 1/2 HP AC servo motor for accuracy within 0.002", and it delivers a high feed rate from 16 to 98 FPM. There is an option for printing labels. A convenient touch control screen eliminates dust contamination. The base is welded cold rolled steel, and the carriage runs on highly accurate, CNC milled bronze wheels. Chrome-plated guide rods provide rigid support for the saw carriage, and an automatic saw stroke reduces cycle time. The scoring blade can be laterally adjusted for a burr-free cut or vertically adjusted for proper depth of cut, and to compensate for blade wear.

Castaly Pro-408 CNC Router

Also new from Castaly is the Pro-408 CNC Router, which is designed for nesting work with its automatic infeed loader with scissors lift, and outfeed unloading with a conveyor belt. There’s an 8-station rotary auto tool changer, and all axes are driven by brushless, high torque AC servo motors. The Pro-408 has a Syntec controller that is set up to accept standard G-code and on-board conversational apps. An optional CAD/CAM system can create, edit and send parts to the machine for easy cutting, and DXF files can be imported, modified and edited to create a G-code. There’s a space-efficient moving gantry, and a rigid steel frame that has been stress relieved prior to finish machining, to provide repeat-ability and accuracy. The HSD spindle uses CP4 DB bearings with a dust-free design and has an automatic frequency brake for faster tool changes. This machine also comes with a specially designed 6-zone vacuum table for powerful and versatile holding.
